Information you choose to share
Care inquiries collect your contact details, relationship to the person seeking support, city/ZIP code, broad non-medical service interests and contact preferences. Caregiver inquiries collect contact details, general experience, role interests and availability. General questions may include a short message. Do not submit diagnoses, medical records, Social Security numbers, identity documents or payment details.
How your inquiry is used
Authorized staff use your information to review and respond to your inquiry. Your contact details may be used for transactional follow-up about your request. Optional marketing consent is separate, unchecked by default and not required to request care. Submitting an inquiry does not create a care agreement or authorize sharing another person’s private records.
Storage and service providers
Cloudflare hosts this website and the restricted inquiry database. Inquiry content is encrypted before storage. Resend handles transactional notifications. Staff notifications contain a request reference and a link to the private review area, rather than the submitted details. Care information and full applications may be collected later through an approved private agency system.
Retention and access
Initial website inquiries follow a 90-day retention policy. Staff review is limited to the last 90 days, and older website records are removed during routine request-triggered cleanup. Deletion may occur after the 90-day mark during periods without activity. Information transferred to an approved operating system follows that system’s retention policy. Staff sign-in sessions expire and are restricted to authorized accounts. Contact us to request access, correction or deletion of your information, subject to applicable obligations.
Cookies and analytics
The public pages do not use advertising pixels or nonessential analytics cookies. Authorized staff sign-in uses a secure, HttpOnly session cookie. Infrastructure providers may process technical information needed for security and delivery.
